We have been recharging with the Factory 110 Volt charger.
It takes several hours to bring the Volt battery back to a full charge.  To expedite the recharge time we have ordered a 220 Volt, level 2 Charger Station.

The parts are here from Clipper Creek and EKM Metering to upgrade to a faster, and slightly more efficient, Level 2, Charging Station.

The Clipper Creek, Level 2 Charger is ready to be installed.
I bought the necessary 10-3 NM-BW/G and 30 Amp Breaker at Grover Electric and Plumbing .
I have decided on a convenient location on the garage wall, near the Volt's Recharge Port Door.
I am going to install the Charge Station a little lower than normal for 2 reasons, I want it to be convenient for Colleen to reach the stored cord at the top of the station and second I am going to install a Kw meter to monitor the eletricity used to recharge the Volt.  So, that meter needs to be at a convenient eye level to read the display.

So that I can spend time with the family, I will make the final 10-3 wire run after the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend.
